My Quilt Jacket

Time: 10:00am - 4:00pm
Learn how to turn a sweatshirt into a beautiful quilted jacket. Oh what fun as we use the stitch and flip method, this gets our jacket fully quilted as we go. From start to finish you’ll learn how to properly cut apart your sweatshirt and how to quilt on our strips. Then we square up and stitch it up.
PLEASE BRING: sweatshirt one size larger than you normally wear, at least (42) 2 1/2 inch strips, thread of choice, size 14 needles, sewing machine and basic sewing supplies. Bring a good sharp pair of scissors. Lunch and snacks too.
